todays Wt:                   163.4 lbs

today’s loss/gain:        – 1.4 lbs

total loss/gain:         -28.6 lbs

Well…I made the decision this morning to keep going on the injections and VLCD until my HCG bottle is empty…still losing and am not very hungry…so I don’t think I’ve hit immunity with it…so I’ll keep going until I get really hungry or finish the current bottle whichever comes first…

Am getting really bored with eating the same thing everyday….but am very pleased with the results so far…..but again…..would love to be in Phase 3 right now…

Starting weight:    192 lbs

Todays weight:     166.4 lbs

Loss to date:     25.6 lbs

Just made the decision to continue on for another 16 injections and then go to phase 3 for the summer…so the count down is on…no need to post menus because I’m eating the same thing day after day…chicken and salad with strawberry smoothie…boring but effective…Down a total of 25 lbs so far…so I’ll stick with it….My weight seems to be going the way my previous rounds went…up a little and then down a little…could be a sign that I’m ready for phase 3

Time for the happy dance again…survived a tricky Friday and Saturday and managed to stay somewhat on protocol…have finally broken out of the 170’s and into the 160’s and that is reason to celebrate…

My menu’s still remain boring because I find myself eating the same salad and chicken breast over and over again…but it’s working for me

and I’m continuing to lose most days…what the heck it’s only for 40 days and 40 nights and then the flood and variety will start again…Hallalueh !!!

Yeah getting closer to my mini goal…can hardly wait…I know I didn’t eat enough yesterday as I was out at a golf tourny…..tried to stick to VLCD as best I could….did not eat anything that was tooooooooo bad…

Been along time since I did the other rounds and getting back into the swing of things has taken time and effort…am much busier this round and so the prep time is hard to find….will have to designate some weekend time to get myself organized.

Getting closer to the 2o lbs mark and am very glad for that.  I’m not hungry this round…which is amazing. I think I will continue my round until I do find I’m getting hungry and then switch to phase 3…..hope that will take me to day 40 (if not close).  I also find that I get stuck in a rut with my eating…I eat the same thing over and over and over and over….it’s just easier when life is so busy…so far it’s working but I know I will get sick of it soon

I wish I had been more organized before I started the VLCD…. I’m finding I’m not prepared for the hunger….

I will spend the weekend getting ready and get supplies in…to help get organized…I’m also dusting off all  the old recipes I used to make while on phase 2…

Hunger is not so bad…but I’m finding the habit of munching all the time is hard to break…

I promised myself that I wouldn’t be attached to my scale so much this round…it’s hard not to jump on first thing in the morning to….take a little peek…
