<p>Well&#8230;I made the decision this morning to keep going on the injections and VLCD until my HCG bottle is empty&#8230;still losing and am not very hungry&#8230;so I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve hit immunity with it&#8230;so I&#8217;ll keep going until I get really hungry or finish the current bottle whichever comes first&#8230;</p>
<p>Am getting really bored with eating the same thing everyday&#8230;.but am very pleased with the results so far&#8230;..but again&#8230;..would love to be in Phase 3 right now&#8230;</p>

<p>Just made the decision to continue on for another 16 injections and then go to phase 3 for the summer&#8230;so the count down is on&#8230;no need to post menus because I&#8217;m eating the same thing day after day&#8230;chicken and salad with strawberry smoothie&#8230;boring but effective&#8230;Down a total of 25 lbs so far&#8230;so I&#8217;ll stick with it&#8230;.My weight seems to be going the way my previous rounds went&#8230;up a little and then down a little&#8230;could be a sign that I&#8217;m ready for phase 3</p>

<p>Time for the happy dance again&#8230;survived a tricky Friday and Saturday and managed to stay somewhat on protocol&#8230;have finally broken out of the 170&#8242;s and into the 160&#8242;s and that is reason to celebrate&#8230;</p>
<p>My menu&#8217;s still remain boring because I find myself eating the same salad and chicken breast over and over again&#8230;but it&#8217;s working for me</p>
<p>and I&#8217;m continuing to lose most days&#8230;what the heck it&#8217;s only for 40 days and 40 nights and then the flood and variety will start again&#8230;Hallalueh !!!</p>

<p>Been along time since I did the other rounds and getting back into the swing of things has taken time and effort&#8230;am much busier this round and so the prep time is hard to find&#8230;.will have to designate some weekend time to get myself organized.</p>
<p>Getting closer to the 2o lbs mark and am very glad for that.  I&#8217;m not hungry this round&#8230;which is amazing. I think I will continue my round until I do find I&#8217;m getting hungry and then switch to phase 3&#8230;..hope that will take me to day 40 (if not close).  I also find that I get stuck in a rut with my eating&#8230;I eat the same thing over and over and over and over&#8230;.it&#8217;s just easier when life is so busy&#8230;so far it&#8217;s working but I know I will get sick of it soon</p>

<p>I wish I had been more organized before I started the VLCD&#8230;. I&#8217;m finding I&#8217;m not prepared for the hunger&#8230;.</p>
<p>I will spend the weekend getting ready and get supplies in&#8230;to help get organized&#8230;I&#8217;m also dusting off all  the old recipes I used to make while on phase 2&#8230;</p>
<p>Hunger is not so bad&#8230;but I&#8217;m finding the habit of munching all the time is hard to break&#8230;</p>
<p>I promised myself that I wouldn&#8217;t be attached to my scale so much this round&#8230;it&#8217;s hard not to jump on first thing in the morning to&#8230;.take a little peek&#8230;</p>
